Our Story
A name made of two words: Lyub & Beda.
Lyub is for my grandmother, Lyubov — the woman who taught me to cook. Beda comes from old words for food and family meals. Together, the name means a warm table where loved ones eat.

How It Started
I learned to cook next to her. Now I cook to remember her.
I grew up in my grandmother Lyubov's kitchen. I sat on a small wooden stool and watched her grate potatoes by hand. She showed me that good food takes time and care. She always cooked for someone she loved.
After she passed away, I wanted to keep her food alive. So I went to learn in kitchens across Europe — in Paris and Copenhagen — and brought those new ideas back home. Every dish I make today still starts in her kitchen, in my memory.
Lyubeda began in 2009. It is a small, private kitchen — not a restaurant. One chef, one table at a time, with a small team who care deeply. We believe a warm meal is one of the kindest things we can give.
